Sarah Inkinen-Fritz is the founder of Cloud9 Experiences. With nearly two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry across strategy, marketing, and leadership roles, she understands first-hand the pressures faced by high-performing teams.
For Sarah, Zermatt has long been a place to step out of daily intensity and refill energy — a personal experience that strongly motivates her work. She creates intentional spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and with one another, and return with renewed clarity, energy, and perspective.
Sarah’s role is that of a curator and connector — bringing together the right people, environments, and frameworks to create spaces where individuals and teams feel at ease and open to meaningful exchange. Friends and collaborators often describe her as a natural host, with a talent for creating environments in which people quickly feel welcome, seen, and comfortable being themselves.
Through this approach, her background in a corporate environment and her passion to connect people in beautiful places, she supports leadership and performance that are sustainable, collaborative, and rooted in genuine human connection.
